About the team

DigiGaia was co-founded by Nicolas Wack and Amaury Hazan, two seasoned technology enthousiasts.

Over the last 20 years Nicolas and Amaury have led, built, and shipped across the open-source, mobile, blockchain, and medical device landscapes. They worked as developers, researchers, and team leads.

Nicolas led Essentia, a reference open-source audio analysis library used in audio, built infrastructure for early blockchain projects and advocated in this space.

Amaury released acclaimed audiovisual mobile apps, and both were key in setting up a medical device company for hearing health, in securing a strategic partnership with Qualcomm and in setting up mobile-based hearing studies.
